When new, this item was beautiful and functional. However, after the first year I began to notice some discoloration and tears around the stitching right along the ribs. The canopy needs replacement under warranty. This item was purchased in March of 2020. I began this claim as soon as 2021 and have been unsuccessful. Please help

Did not warranty the umbrella

Purchased a Cantilever style umbrella from treasure garden through retailer. My Sunbrella fabric has two holes in it now after three years, even though they warrantee it for five years they will not take care of it. They want me to remove the fabric from the structure and send it in pay for the shipping and charge me $50 for them to look at it. I will never do business with them again. Horrible business including the rep David Digirolamo who was no help at all and just plain rude. Go elsewhere.

I have bought several 9 ft.tilting umbrellas over the past 5 years. The rope usually breaks after 2 to 3 years.

The last one broke after six months of light use. Dealer took the umbrella and called Treasure Garden. Said they would send a kit to replace the rope. Really!

We sent the umbrella back to T.G. and they said it was from wind so it is not under warranty. Not true. We barely keep them open and take care of our things.

Now T.G. will not send back to dealer because they won't pay for shipping it back. Warranty is worthless. Wont buy another umbrella from them again.

Warranty is completely arbitrary.

Read their warranty about wind before you buy. Up to them to determine if it is wind and they make it as difficult as possible for you to go through the process.

Crank handle will not lock when Umbrella is in up position

I bought a Treasure Gardens cantilever umbrella (AG7813) last summer and when you roll up the umbrella the crank handle does not lock in place. I called Fortunoff and they said they cannot help. I went online and could not find a parts list for this umbrella. I want to fix this after the winter and would like to know if you can send a parts list for the crank mechanism or what parts I need after I open this up to see what needs to be replaced Thanks

Bought an Umbrella from Treasure Gardens. After just a couple of uses I noticed several tears in the fabric.

They gave me the runaround saying its the way it was folded, but it clearly is not. It was their string that was attached to the umbrella that seemed to rub against. Why would they have a string attached when it clearly makes holes in the fabric. Then quality control department said it's not covered under warranty because the string would be damaged too.

The string is the canvas that is folded with a double layer.

It's clearly not a good product and they are trying everything they can to not replace the canvas. I will avoid Treasure Gardens in the future and suggest others read the reviews here before buying from them.

I already filed a claim with the dealer and this is what you told the dealer to tell me.. Unfortunately they have stated that “the damage would not be caused by the tie otherwise the tie would be damaged as well.” I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, I have been pushing back with them and they’re not budging on this.

They clearly don’t stand by their products. You can draw a horizontal line where the tie meets the fabric and see throughout the umbrella that’s where the holes are at.

It’s basically where the tie touched or rubbed the fabric. To say that tie would be damaged too is absurd. The tie is the canvas folded over twice so there wouldn’t be damage on the tie. The umbrella is the thin fabric and is a single thin layer.

It is clear as day that tying the umbrella that they provided caused the damage and If anyone came out to see, they would agree too. We wouldn’t have tied the umbrella that’s attached to it had we known.

The fact that we hardly used it shows the quality. And that you deny the claim is quite appalling.

I also have a dispute with this company. I ordered a replacement umbrella cover just under 700.00 finally put it up for spring 2022 and their are several holes that have already appeared.

They are not standing behind the fabric.

Now I have an umbrella I cannot use. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY and California Patio where I ordered it is not pushing their supplier to take care of the quality control and replace it.

Tilt Mechanism - 11" Octagonal umbrella

The tilt mechanism of my umbrella is no longer working. It is loose and the umbrella bounces from one side to the other with the wind. I went to the store I purchased and they don't have a solution. I removed the pin and inspected the mechanism and it looks like the problem is in the spring that need to be replaced. Can I buy a new spring? Can you provide the drawings so I can make a new spring? Thank you.

User's recommendation: Treasure garden was not able to help me solve the problem. All I need was the specification for the spring inside the tilt mechanisms. I will now have to buy a full aluminum frame ($350) because of that. I definitely do not recommend the purchase of the 11" auto-tilt model.

LARGE furniture order (13 pieces) from Arizona Iron Furniture and Treasure Garden umbrella order was placed on April 13th. I was told the entire order would be delivered In 12-16 weeks.

I was informed today that they still do not have my umbrella order. It has been over 23 weeks since the entire order was placed. Today I was notified they still have not received the umbrella though they told me numerous times it was scheduled for shipping. Arizona Furniture delayed my furniture delivery until they had additional orders to deliver up north because they didnt want to make a trip 2 hours away for one order.

I asked multiple times for the owner to return my call, however he never did. I understand there has been a material shortage, but for an order to be delayed an additional 2 months over the stated time frame is beyond reason.

This company changed their story multiple times. I di NOT recommend doing business with them.

I ordered an umbrella 6 weeks ago and was told by dealer to expect it first week of May but when I called today they said it was placed on back order and wont ship out till July 8th. Summer will be half over by then. So frustrating, now doubting if Ill ever get it at all.

We do apologize for the inconvenience however most outdoor furnishings have had to go to lead times anywhere from 12 weeks to 30 weeks due to the increased demand and the shortages on fabrics. We are fulfilling orders as fabrics come in.

After 3 months of purchase and very little use, the small arm on the cantilever mechanism snapped off - the metal just broke - so the umbrella is unusable. There is no service in our area - we would need to ship the umbrella (our cost) to a repair rep they contract with. They also continue to elude the question of why this is not covered under warranty. They just continue to ask for more photos, and expect us to be able to disassemble the umbrella, identify the parts we need, order (and pay up front) and fix it ourselves. Astoundingly poor customer service on the dealers' side and Treasure Garden.

Totally ignored calls for repair

I bought a $2000 umbrella from these bums and recently had a problem: the umbrella would not crank down. They don't offer a customer service phone number and my emails and faxes did not result in a single return call. Just a useless PDF which offered no help. I would not buy another product from this company if it was a third of the price. Forget the reviews. Those are only valid until it fails. Then you're screwed and there is nobody on Cape Cod who services them. Even their retailers are totally useless. You're on you're own! Buy another brand.

Spent 2 months via seller to get response from Treasure Garden (TG)... TG sent box to return, WITHOUT return to address, no instructions and rep at TG only said don't ship to our listed address. 2nd TG rep hung up
