Purchased in June 2014. In July 2015 the umbrella would not go up, the cord was stuck.

There is no way to contact Treasure Garden - no email, no phone. There are no trouble shooting guides for any of their products. They refer you to the distributor where you purchased the product for service. For warranty, the distributor must contact Treasure Garden, and it takes up to ten days to receive a reply.

I didn't ask for warranty, I just wanted someone to help me.

I thought my problem would be easy to fix, but no one would help. Very disappointing.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Hello I purchased a swing # 878764 and the pole that holes the swing cracked and I almost had my guest on the floor. I am looking to replace the pole The swing was purchased from Loews for years ago. 2 years ago the rubber seat broke and I got it replaced now the pole that holds the swing cracked.I have been getting a run around from this company and I am not happy.

Treasure Garden does not sell swings or sell to Lowe's. Most likely you need to speak with someone from Garden Treasures, which is a different company. Please call them at 800-643-****.

You are not the only one i have the same problem the company sure wants dealers and someone to sell there product, but service obviously is not high on there priority list or warranty.i cant even find a place to buy parts to fix it myself there website is all about the sales nothing after the sale to take care of there customers no phone numbers for service there only concern is to sell thats sad il never buy from them again and il make dam sure no one i know will ever buy from them either.i have been a business owner for a long time and in business 101 you always have phone numbers for sales and service even if you are setting up dealers it sure would be a big red flag that this company is all about the sale and absolutly nothing on after the sale.a company here in reno nevada said they could service there umbrellas and to replace the cable that extends and retracts the canopy would take a day or two to repair when the part came in which they said they had one in stock we are going on 2 months trying to get a cable that is rediculous.

Our treasure garden umbrella post is leaning significantly and the swivel ability is stuck. I realize youโ€™re supposed to work through where you made your purchase, but my retailer went out of business.

Iโ€™ve attempted to work with another retailer but their reply was that they had no idea why it was doing this or how to fix it and then apologized before they wished me luck figuring it out.

So now what does treasure garden expect a customer to do??? I would never recommend anyone to buy this brand.
