Ripped canopy only 2nd yr used

purchased a 10x10 canopy, first one destroyed during bad storm. purchased another one in 2019. this is 2020 and the canopy is ripped frame is good. canopy taken down in fall & not put back up until spring. surely should have gotten more than a year and a half out of this product. very very disappointed

Need assistance filling bade with sand

when i bought umbrella, I was given 50 lb bag of sand. It holds up to 200 lbs. The wind moves the umbrella. I need to add sand to base. Hope you can refer me to someone who can help

Hi Ann Marie, As the sand is not provided with the unit, you can visit the dealer of purchase and let them know that you were not provided enough sand with your umbrella or you can also purchase playground sand at Home Depot, Lowe's or any other hardware store to fill your base. Please note it is always best to fill about half way and then wet slightly so that it can compact and allow you to then fill with more sand. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you as this is not our product. We are Treasure Garden which often gets confused with Garden Treasures which is a Lowes brand.

The Treasure Garden product line is umbrellas, umbrella bases, umbrella lights, outdoor rugs and protective furniture covers. Treasure Garden products are not sold at Lowes.

If you could provide us more details such as where it was purchased, when it was purchased along with photos of the fading and the labels sewn into the underside of the canopy we can reach out to your dealer of purchased regarding them filing a warranty claim. The canopy does appear to be faded. Please reach out to your dealer of purchase so that they can file a claim directly with us.

They will need to provide us the model number, fabric number and receipt for us evaluate the warranty period. Most fabrics have a 2yr, 4yr or 5 yr warranty against fading, so since this is your first season it should fall within warranty.

I always keep my patio umbrella for windy conditions when travelling to the beach. The last time I went, it was so hot and sunny outside that I didn't need sunscreen at all!

We have an expensive umbrella we expected to last for years and the handle to cantilever the umbrella snapped! Why would anyone spend $2000 for an umbrella that only lasts a few seasons! Never again:(

Crank interior piece has broken after just 4 years.

Our crank handle suddenly came out of the crank housing piece. We took it apart and discovered that the metal piece connected to the crank handle had cracked into numerous pieces. This great umbrella cannot be used now, as the company does not sell a replacement piece. It was an expensive umbrella so we are very disappointed.

We do have replacement cranks and crank housing for most of our units that can be purchased from any authorized dealer.
